i'm getting quite annoyed with the fact that i'm not being able to have my own study area in the house. i am in constant need to relocate myself from place to place. i have just moved out from my own room to give up my original study table to my younger brother. He has been using that table ever since i went to serve the nation during my two years of absence from home. Well, considering the fact that the table wasnt used since i am not in need of it. i mean, since he has been using it, i shall not disturb what is fine.

It is already my second semester in university and it has been a constant practice for me to move around the house. Most of the time, i move out of my room to the big table in my living room. But at night, the television is on when my dad watches it. Every night. The distraction is a little destructive to my studies, but i'm learning to cope with it. There isnt exactly another place where i can actually go to. i mean, the other available places are my elder brother's room and the kitchen. My elder brother's room is a good alternative place, but there is a computer in the room and he uses it every night for his own entertainment. So i shall not deprive him of his leisure after a hard day's work. Also, since i will have the need to study until late at night, i suppose in the end, i will have to relocate myself out of the room again when the time comes for him to sleep. The kitchen? The pros of this place is that i can easily access the toilet and get my hands on food and drinks when the need arises. And also, i get the peace i need. But the cons are that every other family member will walk in and out of the kitchen, passing me by and probably causing some form of distraction to me as well. But since i have already been coping well with the distraction from the television, the kitchen is probably the next best option for me.

i am getting quite frustrated with this situation. i want my own study table which belongs to me. The kitchen table cant exactly be my permanent study table... i guess i shall have to wait till my elder brother moves out from home, when i get to have my own room, and my own study table.
