(new additions to new well-wishes from people who wished me after i have published this post originally)

It's a milestone in life. 21 years old. They say this is the official age we attain adulthood. But is it really so? i'm young at heart. i look young physically, so much so that i'm getting the label of "ah boy" and "baby face". But all these arent exactly new. There were people who asked if i was okay with looking young, and my answer to that was that i am okay as long as people take me seriously. i can be a serious kid-looking person, okay?

Anyway, it had been a great day today, except for the part in the morning when i overslept. i didnt realise that i had overslept until my mum knocked a metallic chair down in the kitchen and the loud reverberation travelled all the way into my room to wake me up. If not for her, i think i would have slept through all the way and missed my morning lectures.

In any case, i need to thank all the people who have made this day such a wonderful day in history for me. i have never felt like this for the last 20 years. That's why, having such a superb experience for my 21st, it's sure going down sweet memory lane.

Vice-head for our newly founded Environmental Science and Engineering Sub Club. It's been great knowing you. i still remembered that day when i went for the interview. i was wondering why there was a need to go for an interview to join a club. i never realised it was for the positions of sub-committee as well as filling up the vacant slots remaining in the club. i never even choose Publicity Cell and yet i end up in that department, and heading it! i guess it was all thanks to my big mouth of saying i know how to use Adobe Photoshop, which has become a boon and a bane to myself now. Well, not that i'm regretting it. In fact, i guess becoming a cell director has helped me get to know so many seniors (in terms of level in school, obviously not in terms of age). Anyway, dont need to get all so apologetic with the scandal and rumours. i'm sure the others in my clique are just wanting a slice of fun with all the boredom in NUS. i'm not getting all so affected by it, so dont need to always keep apologising. Like what i mentioned previously, i dont have anyone to account to. And that you're a girl, so your reputation is more easily affected. But it's okay. i still remember attending your 21st birthday, and it was the first time i had ever seen a three-tier cake, and yet it wasnt a wedding cake. Hahaha. Amazing! And back then, it was a great opportunity for us to meet up. This time round, i dont exactly have a mega-scale celebration with everyone i know because it is too hard to plan and i dont wish to have to split myself up and become a terrible host. i prefer to dedicate my time and attention to one group of people since they have done the same for me. Thanks for your wishes, appreciate it!

Oh my god. This is super duper long. And it took me really long to complete this. But i'm glad that i have an avenue, or platform, to respond properly to you all. i mean, i did respond on Facebook, but that was an immediate reply. This is something a little longer for everyone so you can savour my appreciation a little better. Well, there are still two more groups of people i want to properly thank but i think i'll leave it for the next entry. These two are mainly my Ice Cream OG as well as the ESESC people.
