First and foremost, a last minute wishing of a Happy Valentine's Day to you.

Valentine's Day is a day for florists to do cut-throat business on us guys. i went to enquire the price of just one stalk of rose and got the shock of my life. i expected the price to be jacked up a few times. Yet, with all the mental preparation i had, my mind still went into a moment of blur when i heard THE NUMBER from the boss of this flower shop in Bugis with a devil's tail.

And with that, i have come up with an idea to counter all these bull-craps. However, this idea is not of a simple task. It will take me time to learn and get a hold of it.

Anyway, Valentine's Day this year was just like previous years. Insignificant. Work took up a great part of my day. Met up my primary school friend for dinner. Had a short chat. Then, i went home and immerse myself in doing the laundry. i dont know where the energy within me emerged from after working long hours in the office, and after only having a collective sleeping time of 11 hours over the past 2 days. i guess there must be some motherly instincts deep within me. Or could i just be an unpolished gem as a house husband?? Haha, can you please slap yourself silly if you answer yes to that question? (narrow my eyebrows, glaring at you while nodding my head) It is so damn bloody obvious that i am just serving my duties in the family as a responsible member of the house while my mother is away on a vacation. (back to a normal face) But i must say, my hand-washing, ironing and vacuuming skills are improving as the days go by, especially for ironing. Ironing requires skills! It is not an easy feat, that is if you're using the normal iron and the ironing board and not the garment steamer! Oh by the way, if you want to buy garment steamer, let me know. i have lobang. The company which i am working in sells garment steamer, among other household appliances.

Oh well, great riddance to a mundane day. i shall fly to slumber land to repay my sleep debt. Nites all. Smile =)
