It was quite a disaster, to me, but i still enjoyed it nonetheless. It's been a long while since i met up with so many of my JC friends, and all at one go too. This is especially so for Regina and gang, who include Jiahwa, SiewEe and Stefni. Jiahwa and SiewEe, together with Chee Fung spent many free periods with me mugging and doing tutorials. Whether is it just pure mugging or soaking ourselves in absolute procrastination, we would most likely be spending those free periods together. Ah, those memories...! At those point in time, rushing to study or do tutorials were a pain but recalling on them now is bringing an influx of mixed emotions in me, mainly because it wont be possible to relive them now, or even in the future. In any case, i'm digressing too far from my main subject.

Yes, Sam's birthday celebration. It was just a simple gathering of the class, well, almost the entire class but this gathering can be counted into the records with the highest attendance, thanks to Regina and gang contributing to the numbers. What i enjoyed about the celebration was the company i had. What was a disaster to me was the fact that i still see the same old segregation within the class, especially so in the absentees. And also between the front-row-girls, who are Yulin and Huiyan by the way, and Regina and gang. They didnt speak much to each other, mainly for the fact that the girls in the latter gang are always in a league and world of their own. Who can blame them? They have always been like this, even during the JC era. Well, lucky for me, i could jump between the two gangs and hold decent conversations, if not bitching sessions, with them.

i'm not sure if i'm right, but i see myself as a small link within the class, especially between the two groups of people whom i spoke of, if i exclude the guys in the class, and the group of absentees whom i have no control over and contact with. But i like and dislike the fact that i'm the link. i like because i'm still helping to hold the class together. i dislike because it is a very tiring job to do.

Whatever it is, i'm just too lazy to care whether i'm more towards the liking or disliking. They are all my friends anyway.
