As i move on to the next phase of my life, i.e. finishing BMT and getting posted to an SAF unit, i feel that my social circle is getting bigger. It is so interesting to find out how small Singapore is, and how big that circle is right now. Just last week, when i had the chance to escape a regimental life in an SAF unit and head out to the civilian world, i just kept bumping into my friends in Orchard Road. From the people i know in primary school all the way till my ex-BMT platoon mate, there was a total of 5 people i saw in a short span of less than 2 hours. To some people out there, that figure may seem small. But to me, it is an incredible sum in the time period stated.

Singapore isnt exactly just a small red dot but Orchard Road sure is a small place for us youths to gather. i guess that's the reason why i met up with so many of my friends. Nope, my social circle isnt that huge as i imagine it to be but i believe it is growing slowly and steadily.
