Okay! I am still suffering from orientation withdrawal. I want the fun. I want my OG. I just want to miss school and play all the way, whether it is with my OG people or with the Pattriani OGLs. Seriously, I feel that I have gotten to know some real good friends through this OGL thingy. We all have a common want, and that is to have fun in the most happening event in NJC, plus, giving the fun that we had during OUR orientation to the J1s. I am so looking forward to the combined family camp that we are going to have soon. Pattriani is doing one with deStefano.

Although orientation withdrawal lingers on inside me, I had some great satisfaction today. Nope, not the sensual or sexual way, but a simple satisfaction from Track & Field training. Of course, there is the release of endorphine into my body for the 'feel good' effect! Other than that, I managed to complete a strenous workout today. The workout for today was...
1st set: 1km, 600m, 400m, 200m
2nd set: 200m, 400m, 600m, 1km
3rd set: 800m, 400m, 200m
And rest time between each set was about 4min, and rest time between each run was about 1min. Rather strenous. There was a targeted time for each run, but I did not really manage to hit it. But being able to complete the workout was a 'good enough' for me. There were many times when I did not manage to complete the workout laid out for me. I usually would falter or fail in my attempt to complete it. Oh, and also, Mr Yeo, the sprinters' coach, made a very nice comment to me today. I am so appreciative to it. He said that he can see that my fitness is improving. Omigosh. Back then, which I can remember, he will sometimes ignore me or something like that. But now, he made such a nice comment to me. Anyway, why are all the track teachers leaving one by one? First, it was Mr Vincent Quek, leaving for RI to train the track boys. Now, it is Mr Sara, who is leaving for private training for SEA Games. So sad! There is only one track teacher left whom I really know la! hAiz...

Anyway, got something damn hilarious to share with everyone. Read my friend's friend's blog about some article she found on the Straits Times forum.
http://dreams_within.blogspot.com/ It's a January 11 article. Read the whole thing. It is damn funny.

I need to catch up with some sleep. I think I'll forgo any work for today. I dont give a damn anymore. I have quite alot of free time after school now. Why not use it to do work?
