Omigosh, how fast does time fly? I bet it is faster than the speed of light... I can feel the end of the year already, and this means Orientation 2005 is drawing closer. It also means school is starting soon. No more late nights, wait, i'm wrong, i mean more super late nights(of mugging), and no more satisfactory sleeps. This sucks!

A week just zoom past like nobody's business. Finally, we have completed the training over at MYMCA. We can now undertake any camps or activities as a junior leader and clock some precious CIP hours, which is in high demand by me. With Year 1 coming to an end, I have barely finished half of the 90 hours needed. I just have to do something about it, knowing that I'll be damn busy in Year 2. Luckily, there are 2 MYMCA camps coming up over the next 2 weeks, two great opportunities for me to get those needed hours. I signed up for both the adventure camp and the war camp. War camp sounds fun to me!

Anyway, after the training on Wednesday, everything bad was happening around me. Firstly, the class was in such a mess and so splitted up that it was worse than the split-ends you get on your hair! It was the first time I got so pissed for a failed class outing. The past few times never did manage to anger me. More or less, I had grown used to knowing the outcome. But I didnt know what came over me on Wednesday that made me so pissed and irritated. It was interesting for me to find out what I would actually do when I am angry or pissed. I actually just keep quiet and not speak a word as much as possible. I felt that everything around just doesnt bother me anymore. Therefore, the silence from me. The girls wanted to do their shopping, and of course the guys wouldnt feel like complying. Shopping may seem like a taboo to guys, but to me, I am willing to comply, if there is nothing to do. I mean, I have always been accompanying my mum or aunt when they do their weekend shopping. See anything I like, I dont need to dig deep into my pocket. Well, that's besides the point... Anyway, I came to know that the girls were quite guilty about their actions/decision, if I am not WRONG... IF I AM WRONG, THEN I'LL BE DISAPPOINTED! Dont worry, this matter isnt etch deep into my heart.

It's okay! Friday managed to cheer me up alot! I must say it was one of the best day of the entire year which made me so happy. It was a mini-4.12 gathering with Mr J.Wong! He's da MAN, man! He treated us to dinner over this posh Thai restaurant at Raffles City. The dishes were fabulous! But what completed dinner was the people! J.Wong, Yaowen, Daowei, Weiming, Yeesen, Zhisheng and Kwek. These were the people responsible for making my day on that faithful Friday! All the dirty and horny jokes cracked over dinner made us all laugh like mad in the restaurant. We totally forgot all our dinner etiquette. We swallowed them all up with our food. It had been a long time since I laughed until my tummy ached, until I almost choked on my glass of water, until...... until I became as happy as a VERY HAPPY LARK! I look forward to our next such gathering. J.Wong is a very generous person! The bill came back amounting $256+, yet he refused our small contribution to subsidy his pocket. Sir, arigato-gosai-mas-ta!

After dinner, Daowei, Weiming, Kwek and I felt that the night was still young, so we decided to take a walk around the place. I tell y'all, Kwek is a damn cheeky, horny, funny and interesting person. Over dinner, he was so cheeky that he poked fun at a girl and a waitress indirectly. When this particular waitress, whom a few of us feel that she was quite-looking but I did not see the same way, came over the check whether a friend of ours is joining us later, Kwek said, "Erm, yes, but you can join us first if you want!" Haha, omigosh, I think that waitress must have think that Kwek is mad! Haha... Back to what I wanted to say just now, after dinner, we took a stroll around Raffles City. We heard some loud bangs and looked to the sky. They were fireworks, but we could only see them partially. Those might have testing shots for either a x'mas party or a countdown party. They seemed to be coming from Fort Canning Park, and we decided to walked there to take a look. We were actually quite dumb la, we only decided to go to Fort Canning Park when the fireworks stopped. But nevertheless, we just wanted a place to walk to. Upon reaching our location, we entered this dim, quiet and creepy park. It felt kinda eerie too. Then, Kwek began all his scary attempts to scare us, quite successful I must say. But the four of us were quite hum-jee la, kept on asking Kwek to 'Stop it!'. Along the way, we also talked about ghost-stories. A thrilling walk man! Soon after, we found ourselves at Park Mall. A bus-stop! And that means home to everyone.

A great way to end the week. Oh, before I forgot, I came to more than just a stone's throw distance from Andy Lau! I was about 30cm away from him, and that wasnt from a TV screen, okay! The real person, the real Andy Lau, over at Junction 8. And I got his autographed poster of his latest movie! A megastar with a mega-watt smile! 2004 Golden Horse Best Leading Actor! Dont play play!
