I'm currently suffering from DOMS. Dont worry, that's no sexual disease. It's just simply 'Delayed-Onset Muscle Soreness'. There are two common types of exercise-related muscle soreness. One of them is the one I'm suffering from now. The other is 'Acute Soreness'. Soreness, muscle stiffness and weakness can be felt over the region of muscle where you have pushed them to the limits and beyond. This is what is happening to me right now, and I feel like I'm a crippled person, paralaysed from waist down. It is just so hard for me to even walk. Each step I take, I can feel the stinging pain all over those muscles. What's worse? Those muscles that I'm referring to, are all over my body. 1. My upper and lower abdominal muscles 2. My lower back 3. My 2 thighs 4. My 2 calves 5. The two joints at the knee on both legs 6. My biceps and triceps (these 2 sets of muscles arent that painful, but some amount of soreness can be felt) Someone save me! The pain is almost unbearable. I have to forego training because of this stupid shit. There is already difficulty in walking, what more running? I had better get some rest, both physically and mentally. I'll go take a nap now.
