okay... let's check out my clock, it's 0036 on my computer time, and it's not a weekend, it's a early tuesday 'morning'... wad am i actually doing?? well, i juz finish my GP work okay?? i'm being a good boy hor! juz suddenly feel like handing up work to florence yap, omigosh, dunno wad she did, but ya, juz did not feel like oweing her any work...

quite a sian monday that juz passed... monday blues not very strong but the effect is still there... nth much happen until the point where i ran my 100m heats... all i can say is that it's really a very bad and lousy run... my timing that i clocked for it is arnd 13+sec, which is super lousy... really!! it's really a bad timing, i can tell that i've only put in 60% of my effort, but coz the weather is cool and everything, my warm up aint enough to get my legs in gear for the race... and so? i screwed up my race... my timing was worse than my usual timing for trainings lor... this is how bad it is... obviously i din qualify or wad... quite malu lah, i'm a tracker and i din qualify... tsk tsk tsk.... so embarrassing and guilty!! this shld spur me on to go train real hard!!

after the race, really no mood to go train although i juz said that i'm spurred to go train hard... it's like, my mood not there after knowing i screwed up... so after that, waited for reg and went KAP with jiangshui to slack abit... reg left early... leaving me and jiangshui there... it was one hell great slacking time, i muz say... me and jiangshui were like toking alota rubbish and many other things lor!! and the most significant one was me telling him abt all the things that happen abt me and diana... no direct or indirect contact involved... juz all the interesting close shaves or funny incidents that happen!! and i can really see that jiangshui was v.amused by some of them, and v.tickled by some of them... oh well, i'm such an ass during the first three mths... a 'humji' and dickhead... well, jiangshui knows y lah... haha!! but, i felt quite happy telling him all this, coz i was also asking him abt how s12 took the rumour of me liking diana that spreaded there... and ya, it was one real interesting 'exchange program'... haha, exchange indeed!!
